Supposedly a member of the German KSK, a special forces unit with members handpicked from the Bundeswehr. Judging from the handguard length, he is probably carrying an H&K G36K with a flat-top rail, hence the EoTech. It’s interesting to note that his field cap is very reminiscent of the ones used in WWII.
